To me, reading this article wasn’t really an eye-opener for me. Because I already knew! I’ve been working with horses my whole life and when I was diagnosed with medical depression I pretty soon figured out that riding my horses did benefit my mental health.
There’s just something about going on an adventure on a horse’s back, galloping through the fields with the wind in your hair… Just thinking about it makes me feel better ♥
